FAQ's

A) Why do you only deliver to Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati?

Currently we only deliver on our own trucks. This is our current market area. Everyone is able to pickup their orders free of charge if they so choose.

B) What if a part is damaged?

If the product is damaged it must be noted on your delivery ticket and notify your delivery driver. Send product photos of the damage to the customer service email. Try to include one of the component labels in the pictures. We will contact you within 1-2 business day to resolve the issue. If these conditions are met, we will happily and promptly replace the damaged product.

C) How soon can I expect to receive my order?

Currently, all lead times are at 3 weeks from order. Lead times, however, can vary depending on materials and complexity of your project. Lead times for Fortress designed projects can be quoted at time of order. 

D) Many items in your store do not show that they are in stock. Does this mean I cannot order them?

You can always order an item, even if it does not say that it is in stock. At Fortress Industries we practice Lean Manufacturing. This means we do not produce anything until it is needed. Doing so improves the quality of the item and lowers the cost to you due to decreased warehousing expenses and unnecessary handling that could damage the item.

E) What is your (undamaged item) return policy?

All products are built specifically for your order. Due to this, all sales are final.
